CHOOSE
Choose the portrait size and background. Please visit my commission shop page to view standard sizes & prices. Do you require more animals in your portrait, a square layout, a wildlife commission enquiry? For options not listed on the site, just get in touch and tell me about your vision.

ORDER
Turnaround time varies according to my schedule and is usually 3 to 4 weeks, more during busy periods. However, if you have a specific event in mind, I will do my best to meet that date. Payment options include credit/debit card, bank transfer, Paypal in 3 or 4, Paypal Credit, Google Pay.

PHOTOS
Once your order is received, I will contact you so that you can share your photos, all the details about your pet’s personality and specify any special request. For help choosing the best reference photos, see the guide below. Order with confidence: your money back in the rare event where no photo is suitable.

MOCKUPS
Using your photos, I’ll create one or more rough digital mock-ups based on your requirements, to give you a clearer idea of the final result. This step allows you to visualize the artwork and provide feedback. Your active involvement in this process is crucial to ensure you are completely satisfied with your portrait!

CREATION
I’ll let you know when I start your portrait and keep you updated throughout the process.
You may also be able to watch the whole portrait coming to life, as I post some of my painting sessions on my YouTube channel! If uploading photos or videos may compromise the surprise, just let me know.

SHIPPING
Once your portrait is complete, I will email you a watermarked scan of the artwork for you to check. At this stage, you can request any necessary tweaks or minor changes. After receiving your final approval, your portrait will be carefully packaged and shipped with tracking, ready to be gifted, stored or framed.
